Call for Participants: Find Your Balance

“Find Your Balance” is  a Training Course which will take place in Tirane, Albania, 22-29 June.

Are you interesting in healthy lifestyle? Economical and ecological lifestyle? Keeping a balance in your daily life? Taking care of your body, mind and soul? Do you want to know more and build skills on emotional balance, self-awareness, movement, yoga, meditation, travelling to the inner world guided by sounds, drawing, art and nature?

If your answer is yes, then this is your opportunity not to miss out!

Join us for this unique journey in the beautiful and very resourceful country of Albania!

We will exchange practice, learn new skills, visit local nature as we organise workshops in the nature, meet new people, build connections for future project ideas and last but not the least have lots of fun!

We are glad to host a 6 full day training course ‘Find your Balance ‘in the context of Erasmus + Programme in Tirane, Albania.

Albania, Belgium , Italy , Latvia , Spain , Kosovo, North Macedonia and Portugal
