Organisational Structure
Peace Volunteering Network (PVN) is a membership-based organization. Its highest decision-making body is the General Assembly, composed of the organization’s active members. The General Assembly makes the key strategic decisions and elects the five-member Board of Directors, promoting balanced and inclusive representation. The Board appoints the Executive Director and oversees the organization’s governance, while also participating in staff recruitment processes to ensure transparent and accountable management.

Oltiana Rama
Executive Director · PVN AlbaniaOltiana Rama is the Executive Director of Peace Volunteering Network (PVN) Albania, with over 20 years of experience in youth work, human rights, democracy, volunteering and community development.
She is a trainer, researcher and social work professional with extensive experience leading national and international projects, developing educational methodologies and strengthening civil society organisations. Oltiana has authored numerous studies and manuals on volunteering, youth participation, inclusion and human rights, and serves as an expert and trainer for regional and international initiatives.
