During the project participants will get formal knowledge about entrepreneurship, which is quite beneficial for most of them, since not all the entrepreneur comes from business and economic background.

One of the most important skill and habit they develop is to stay informed, up to date about new features of business. We live in technological progress, so digital skills they develop, are essential to stay competitive in entrepreneurship and in any field.

With a help of sharing successful entrepreneurship cases, participants will create a common picture of the entrepreneur they want to be, skills and values they should develop in order to have entrepreneurial mindset.

They will learn how to build a tolerant and peaceful environment where people from different backgrounds will feel free to express themselves. This gives them the chance to share EU values, promote European citizenship, YouthPass, and Europass CV. Also get information about finding a partner and investor for their business ideas by sharing the concept of business angels. Furthermore, the projects’ values support the creativity and active citizenship of young people at a European level, under the guidance of the Erasmus plus program.

This youth exchange will emphasize social responsibility of the entrepreneur and promotes entrepreneurial ideas useful not for only entrepreneur but for the society around and in general. Participants will realize the importance of soft skills and will get an opportunity to practice them during the youth exchange. They will practice their public speaking, active listening, teamworking, leadership skills.

  Participant’s profile

–  Is aged 18-30 years old (better up to 25 years) ;

–  Is a resident of Georgia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Albania, Croatia or Poland;

–  Has interest in Entrepreneurship;

–  Is ready to be involved in youth exchange during the whole project 7 days (+2 travelling days);

–  Is motivated to share own knowledge, skills and opinions with rest of participants;

–  Is motivated to meet like-minded people; develop entrepreneurial competencies; raise new initiatives.

–  Is open to other cultures;

The Youth exchange will take place in Katowice, Poland and all the costs are covered by the program.
