✅ Youth Exchange “Empowering Visually Impaired Youngsters for a More Independent Living”, Izmir, 🇹🇷 ⭕Between October 4 and 10, in Izmir, Turkey, took place the 4th activity, of the EMVIMIL project (Empower Visually Impaired Youngsters for a More Independent Living).
During the Youth Exchange, the participants 👥 developed and improved a set of soft skills; developed and built good practices📈 with regard to indoor and outdoor activities with visually impaired or blind youngsters 👨🦯👩🦯; and proposed improvements to infrastructure and services for the inclusion of VIP (Visually Impaired Persons) in the local communities.
🔷Not only did we return with loads of knowledge, and new skills, but we also made some wonderful new friends and lifetime memories.
🔺Beautiful, sunny Turkey welcomed us with warmth throughout the whole mobility. We discovered once again the Turkish people’s great hospitality and kindness.
