What is Inner Leadership and Resilience? ❔
🗣️ Today we went through concepts like resilience, inner leadership 🫵🏻, and how to use them as an instrument to promote inclusion for young people. Our participants with the help of the facilitators dwelled into💭 the depths of resilience, on powerless, inconvenient feelings and dealt with them constructively. It is important to see the issues from a different perspective and learn from different countries and cultures by sharing knowledge about new tools and more clarification about a common understanding of inclusion.
🟡 Through the use of non-formal education methods, this training builds participants’ capacities to have an active role in building inner peace /well-being for a more cohesive and inclusive society.
