About the Project:

This unique project is designed to enhance the personal development of youth workers and boost their motivation for youth work. Our goal is to develop a comprehensive toolkit for mediating complex conflict situations. The training program is a deep dive into personal growth and conflict resolution, set against the backdrop of the beautiful Bulgarian outdoors.

Participants will embark on a transformative journey, using powerful non-formal education methods such as experiential pedagogy, nonviolent communication, art of hosting, storytelling, sociometry, forum theater, action methods, and outdoor learning. The program is crafted to reframe personal stories and forge deeper connections with oneself and nature.

Think of this training as a layered experience—each “slice” offers a different facet of learning and reflection. The essence of the program lies in the group dynamics, tapping into collective intelligence and wisdom to enrich the experience.

Participant Profile:

We invite NGO team members, educators, trainers, teachers, facilitators, youth workers, youth leaders, and communicators who are volunteers or active community members. Ideal candidates are those eager to improve their conflict management skills and are highly motivated in personal development and youth work.
