May 29, 2023YOUTH EXCHANGE: Uniting Abilities in Outdoor Activities
June 16, 2023In Puente Genil, Spain, the “Digiprenuer” training course took place on March 17th and 24th, 2023. This dynamic course was designed to enrich the digital competencies of youth workers through a blend of non-formal and informal learning methods, alongside practical digital tools such as web platforms, business software, and mobile applications.
Participants engaged in various activities aimed at improving their ability to find, process, and create digital content. They also learned how to effectively share this practical knowledge with the young people they support. Youth entrepreneurship, emphasized in the EU’s political agenda, is a crucial strategy for tackling youth unemployment, social exclusion, and fostering innovation.
The course utilized principles of non-formal education through team creation, simulations, debates, work groups, evaluation sessions, performances, and visits. Reflective sessions contributed to the development of Youth-pass, while various workshops adhered to the principle of “learning by doing.”
The training brought together 26 participants from 12 European countries, including Serbia, Montenegro, Belarus, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Albania, Portugal, Croatia, Georgia, and Spain. Hosted by Europa 2020 Association under the Erasmus Plus program, this initiative aimed to empower youth workers with essential digital skills to better support and inspire young people across Europe.
