The project had 2 main stages:
- The study visit in Albania: a 5 days study visit in Albania in October 2019. The study trip aimed to present and learn from the best experiences of ESC sending/hosting organizations from Albania and who are working with disadvantaged groups which are located in Tirana, Shkodra, and Fieri.
- Contact making Seminar in Italy: a 5 days contact making seminar (CMS) in the Naples region (Italy) in December 2019. The contact-making seminar idea offered an open space to share best practices and new ideas, methods, and concepts of the participants in working in a disadvantaged area. The CMS builds strong partnerships and cooperation, to promote the development of different projects among youth organizations working in rural areas and with disadvantaged groups from different parts of Europe. We aimed to further promote and encourage young people to participate as EVS/ESC, especially those from EU countries to the Balkan countries and the other way around.
The project engaged around 50 participants among 20 different European countries.
