Strengthen youth participation in democratic and social life by enhancing the capacities of youth workers and providing them with practical models, tools, and resources to better engage young people in democratic processes. Through international cooperation and learning exchanges, particularly drawing inspiration from well-established democratic practices in Norway, youth workers gained valuable knowledge and strategies to promote active citizenship among young people, especially in countries with hybrid democracies where trust in institutions and access to information can be limited.
