Since 2010, PVN organizes annual workshops based on non-formal education on the topics on human rights, peace, volunteering, non-violent communication, environment, equality, solidarity, discrimination, etc. Workshops are organized for pupils of the high and elementary schools, the main focus to the schools located in rural areas (Vaqarr and Ndroqi). Workshops are organized by an experienced team of PVN, local and European Solidarity Corps volunteers.  During 2019 there are organized around 150 workshops and have benefited around 270 pupils.
