On 21 September 2019, we did organize a Peace Walk in the main boulevard of Tirana, Albania. Around 150 young people: PVN volunteers and students of Ismail Qemali High school were part of a peace walk. All together we prepared messages, slogans, posters, banners, and walked for 30 min in the biggest Boulevard ( Nene Tereza) where the audience and impact are higher. We noticed smiles of people looking to our messages, heart balloons, colorful handmade banner, to the group full of smiles.
The will, commitment, smiles, curiosity, gatherings, and actions of 150 youth to celebrate and contribute to Peace are the positive changes we see progressively in our society. It is another path toward youth participation, active citizenship, inclusion, understanding, better society, and better region.
