Accommodation & Full Board Services – Durrës/Golem, Albania

Organizations, companies,  hotels, resorts, and service providers offering accommodation and full-board meal services in the Durrës–Golem area are invited to submit a financial offer for hosting a 6-night group stay.

1. Event Information

• Location: Durrës / Golem, Albania
  
• Dates: 24–30 October 2025 (6 nights)
  
• Number of participants: 34 people  
• Total budget: 10.000 Euros
  

2. Services Requested

Interested service providers are invited to submit offers that include:

Accommodation

• Double and/or single rooms (please specify room types and capacities)
  
• Wi-Fi access included
  
• All applicable taxes and fees listed clearly
  

Full Board Meals

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all participants
  
• Drinking water and soft drinks included during meals
  
• Description of menu options or meal formats/ buffet
  
  

3. Offer Requirements

Submitted offers must include:

1. Total cost and/or price per person per night
   
2. Room description and availability
   
3. Detailed meal plan (full board)
   
4. Conference room details and costs (if offered)
   
5. Taxes, fees, or other charges
   
6. Payment terms
