In the framework of #ErasmusPlus program, PVN Albania in liaison with “Bashkia Lushnje” are implementing the project #INCLUDE.
The aim of the project is to reduce #inequalities and #socialexclusion of visually impaired young people (VIP) through their participatory involvement in public institutions.
From the beginning of the project, five young participants 
with visual impairment from each partner country will be included.
with visual impairment from each partner country will be included.They will follow and be involved throughout the project and its implementation and gaining skills on how to:
- learn to communicate effectively and to transmit information in such a way as to develop and improve social relationships.
- develop new digital skills and will learn to use ICT tools in order to engage in virtual and blended activities;
- balance their social rights with their responsibilities;
- know how to work in groups/teamwork;
- have increased confidence and self-belief, exercise positive career choices and have greater involvement and responsibility in the future;
- understand the need of a greener and more sustainable environment and they will learn ways to support this imperative global trend;
- understand better social and cultural diversity;
- improve foreign language skills;
- expand their knowledge about other cultures, breaking down stereotypes and increasing their awareness of other European countries and traditions (including here oversea territories);
- gain more information about the public policies regarding social inclusion, the Erasmus+ Programme, the Youthpass and its benefits.
- learn new ways of independent living and efficient ways to interact with relevant public institutions, in order to develop procedures and policies regarding a more inclusive and accessible community;
- become ambassadors of their marginalized peers in their own community;
The 5 are the target direct group that during the project will become a consultative and informative group that will collaborate with local decision makers. To achieve this goal, they will use social media as a tool by becoming social influencers.
