Are you a young person aged 18 to 30 years old? Would you like to learn more about the professional and social inclusion of visually impaired people, exchange ideas and experiences with youngsters coming from other countries? To engage in outdoor sports activities with visually impaired youngsters and have a good time?
Differences Create No Distances (DiCreNDi) is an Erasmus+ Youth project, co-financed by the European Union. It involves a consortium of six partners (Albania, Ireland, North Macedonia, Poland, and Romania) and addresses the lack of professional and social inclusion of the visually impaired people (VIP) and the lack of engagement of youth workers in the work with VIPs. Therefore, it aims to bring together visually impaired people, youth workers, and non-visually impaired people in order to raise awareness about the needs and skills of the VIPs, to develop communication techniques, to promote inclusion, to improve confidence and self-empowerment, and to learn methods of working together in various situations. Non-formal tools and activities are used, as well as sports and outdoor activities.
