Are you a youth worker, NGO representative, municipality representative, or researcher from Albania, Czechia, Greece, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Armenia, Norway, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Bosnia and Herzegovina, and are you passionate about youth engagement and democracy?

Join us for an inspiring study visit to Norway, where you’ll:

Participate in Arendalsuka – Norway’s largest political gathering
Explore innovative, inclusive tools for youth participation and meetings in Kristiansand
Collaborate with diverse professionals from across Europe
Contribute to the creation of a practical manual for democratic engagement

Take part in a follow-up Training Course in Albania, October 2025

🙌 We’re looking for dynamic individuals (18+) who are eager to learn, connect, and create change!

Through collaboration with Norwegian institutions, the project aims to transfer valuable knowledge and democratic practices to be adapted in different contexts. Participants will explore innovative ways to engage young people in democratic decision-making using non-formal tools such as interactive games, energizers, and study visits, including participation in Arendalsuka, Norway’s largest political gathering where they will observe open debates, civic discussions, and youth-focused initiatives.

💬 Your role? Facilitate, network, and Act!
This is your chance to bring home new methods and strengthen democratic resilience in your community. You will facilitate workshops, organize team building, networking activities in the group and during the events in Arendal and support field activism.
