PVN Albania is a non-profit organization founded in January 2005 with the aim of promoting a culture of peace and sustainable development through the exchange of practices, models and volunteers from around the world. During these 17 years of existence PVN Albania strongly support and believe in the power of youth and their activism for a better society.
PVN is a branch of the international network of Service Civil International (SCI), an organization that has branches and partners in all countries of the world. PVN has a programmatic focus: Promoting and Supporting Sustainable Volunteering, Human Rights and Democracy, Intercultural Dialogue, Supporting and Empowering Youth and Categories in Need through Non-Formal Education Methods. PVN has very effective partnerships with organizations and institutions in many countries around the world, from where we share experiences and plan together.
PVN is an organization that works for a healthy society in collaboration with different partners to encourage Youth Empowerment, Human Rights and Democracy, public awareness and its involvement into development, cultural and artistic national and international activities.

Objectives
- Increase the capacities and the progress of Albania youth and society;
- Development of community by informing and involving youth in different activities;
- Enforce intercultural exchanges and dialogue by sending and hosting young people in variety activities in Albania and abroad;
- Creation equal opportunity for all , especially for categories in need and youth with fewer opportunities;
- Increase the sense of voluntarism in Albanian society;
- Empowerment, awareness and informing of youth for important issues that are related directly with them;
- Cooperating with different organizations and institutions that go toward the same values of PVN Albania in national and international level ;
- Empower youth and local communities in remote areas of Albania;
- Coordination of volunteers exchange in local and international level;
