Expresart-E Training Course  brought together 24 experienced youth workers from Albania, Armenia, Belgium, Croatia, France, Hungary, Latvia, North Macedonia, Spain, and Turkey.

Funded by the European Union as part of the Erasmus+ program, Expresart-E aimed to equip youth workers with innovative and creative tools for expressing emotions through art, while fostering a deep understanding of the fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence. This intensive 6-day training took place in the enchanting and sun-soaked city of Murcia, Spain, from June 2nd to June 9th, 2023.

The participants of Expresart-E embarked on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth. Through engaging workshops, interactive sessions, and collaborative activities, they develop their skills and knowledge in using art as a powerful medium for emotional expression. From painting and sculpture to music and dance, the participants explored various art forms, enabling them to tap into their own emotions and facilitate meaningful connections with others.

Throughout the training course, the participants were encouraged to share their personal experiences, exchange cultural perspectives, and learn from one another. The diverse backgrounds and expertise of the youth workers create a vibrant and dynamic learning environment, fostering a sense of unity and cross-cultural collaboration.

The skills acquired during this training course have empowered our participants to make a lasting difference in their communities and inspire positive change among youth.
